- The item(s) received is faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) does not meet the original product specifications or differs from what was ordered.

For defective, faulty, or damaged items, a replacement will be provided both domestically and internationally. Please email photographic evidence of the defective item to [email address] within 14 days of purchase for your claim to be processed.
Please note that exchanges cannot be supported in the following scenarios:
- Requests made outside the specified time frame.
- Products damaged due to use.
- Products that have been tampered with.
Note: Replacement is not available for graphic or pop art products.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds if you receive a damaged product or if the product does not match the color or size ordered, and we are unable to resolve the issue. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
